4 Authorised officers to have powers of police officers. 

Tax Procedures Act, 2015 19 January 2016 (TPA 2nd Sch Para 11)

For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act, every authorised officer shall, in the performance of his duties, have all the powers, rights, privileges and protection of a police officer.
